On October 9th and 11th from 6-7pm there will be a free camp open to boys and girls ages 4 to the 8th grade.  Attire should be gym shorts/joggers, tee shirt, and clean sneakers.  We will introduce the wrestlers to our warm ups, drills, basic wrestling technique, and games.  You do not have to be present for both days.  Please enter door 26 at Columbus North High School.
